All presenters are required to have the presentations at the congress venue (Grand Warlkerhill Seoul Hotel), but under the unexpected circumstances (eg. quarantine for COVID-19), it can be substituted to pre-recorded video file and Q&A will be live after streaming of the presentations.

At the SIDDS 2023, we ask for your intensified attention in keeping your presentation time strictly within limits as to run the conference smoothly. Please take this into consideration when preparing your presentation.

3. Copyright Transfer Agreement

We cordially ask for your permission to allow us to use the presentation file and video of your presentation for publicity purposes. If you agree, the video will be uploaded to the platform after the congress for 2 months.

If you don't agree, it will only be played and streamed via the online congress website and will not be uploaded at the platform. Your agreement will highly contribute to the development of academic achievement and education. In case of disagreement, please send email to the secretariat.

1. e-Poster Exhibition Format

• All e-Poster exhibition will be accepted in MS-PPT (*.ppt or *.pptx) or PDF file format.
• All e-Posters should be prepared in English.
• Size : 1080×1920 pixels or 78cm(W)×138cm(H) Only one page
• Font: Use basic fonts such as Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman, etc.

2. Submission

• Please submit the e-Poster file (PPT or PDF file) to the below link by April 2, 2023.
• File name: Abstract Submission Code_Name, i.e. EP01-1_Gildong Hong

3. Copyright Agreement *
